If you GP cant find the problem highly unlikely any other GP will, insist that he refers you to a specialist physician. You may think A R1200 consulting fee is alot but they can sort you out, add all your gp visits amounts together and youll see its a way better option. Personally I have a excellent GP in Monument park, but really GPs are for everyday issues not complicated diagnosis.
