Wow. Lots of people unhappy with their insurance! Been with State Farm for 8 years, in Hartland, and they're screwing up my policies as well. Bought a used car in January, and they based the policy on a daughter's credit score, in Highland, where I lived 18 months ago. I called them, and they had me come in and sign some papers, asking for a requote. I get the new quote, and it's based on the credit score of my girlfriend, even though the car is in my name (she does live with me)! I have 3 vehicles and a house policy with them, and when I call again, and tell them I'm thinking about switching, because of the quotes, and the fact that everything they do takes 3 weeks to accomplish, she tells me the name of some of the agencies I should call! I'm 70, and have been in sales many years, and this is the first time I've ever had some that I'm paying money to tell me that maybe I should go somewhere else! I have good credit, and very little debt, and they seem not to want my business, which is astonishing, seeing as how I'm paying them over $6K annually for my insurances with them.

I go to Ivey & Brown in Hartland, always been good.
