Thanks for the link - I needed this too. I had a similar situation when our Hot Water Service broke down on a Sunday Arrrgghhh frown emoticon Anyways I had to wait til Monday and sent Email for Urgent Repair. Agent said she could not get a hold of the Landlord to request permission to call plumber. In meantime while I was waiting I called the Renters Association to double check and ask what if Agent can not get a hold of the Landlord for a couple of days? They informed me that Urgent Repairs (Electricity, Water, Plumbing) need to be fixed within 2 Business Days and if they do not, then there is the $1,800 Rule where you can call a trades person yourself to fix the repair and then they need to send the Bill to the Agent/Landlord. smile emoticon It looks as if Rach has been fortunate with Agent being helpful. smile emoticon
