Yes, the builder failed, however we don't have the time to fight. Overall they can say we approved the plans, but then again, until yesterday, I didn't know what the electrician symbols stood for. I'm going to give Eric James from Sound Improvements a shot. He has actually dealt with this builder before. IF all goes well with the cabling for tv, telephone and ethernet, I'll let everyone know.
