Lol Richie Banks haven't you noticed the difference yet. No one is picking on you Many of the contributors to this thread have experienced Jill Gardner's programme. It is not exclusively female. If you want to try it I am sure you will be welcomed.
Maureen W. replied:
Richie Banks not upset been working with Jill Gardner for just over a year. I have lost weight and inches. I have other health issues as well. I now think and Jiill agrees that a consultation with a nutritionist/dietician might be beneficial. Thank you so much for your concern.

Maureen, this is Sam's email address that Jill is suggesting you contact - samdowntonnutrition@sky.com I have seen another nutritionist too who also uses kinesiology to help decipher what's beneficial & not for you, let me know if you'd like her details. I hope you feel much better soon. Im far from as qualified as Jill but within my knowledge certainly avoiding anything that is acidic can only help you. Coconut oil could be helpful & arnica is a natural anti inflammatory. Homeopathy could help you too - I know a very good one if you want to try that route. Tc
Emma Bowman Smithyou are right I lost fat and dropped a dress size. However I have other health issues. To be honest if I have to continue suffering gout I am going to pray that it won't be long before I am put into the wooden box and the lid is nailed down for good. Please don't misunderstand. I am not saying these other issues are a result of the fat loss programme. They become serious in the last few months and that is probably a coincidence.

Lunges and squats are not on the current agenda Jill Gardner. Staying upright is (and that has nothing to do with drinking wine) There used to be a comedian on TV many years ago who made people laugh because he was so unsteady. Today I laughed because my movements reminded me of him.

There are a few good ‘traditional’ nutritional courses online that you could start with, such as the ones offered free by edx.org from Wageningen University from Netherlands for example. Their approach to nutrition is biochemical since that what nutrition is really
