    A very Eastern thinking, gentle minded individual I met uses crossfitconnex. crossfitconnex.com He was pretty built (Ex SWAt team with over 360 special ops under his belt) and turned me onto Pema Chodron and was the only other dude I met that had a thing for Sergei Polonin's dance to "Take Me to Church."
