Please check out my friend Jon Ham's page http://fitnessontherun.com He has tons of videos and links about TRX!! Great stuff for exercises. He has videos on YouTube also under the same name. Great guy!!

I have a similar product called the Jungle Gym, from Lifeline USA. I think it's a bit more adaptable to other exercises but for the most part it's the same thing. I use mine for all my workouts for pullups, but occasionally I'll do an all-Jungle Gym workout that is awesome - builds the all-important stabilizer muscles nicely and strengthens the whole body, quickly. I love it. http://www.lifelineusa.com/jungle-gym-xt.html

Are you still in Minnesota right now? And what road are you taking into Wisconsin? East on 94 or South on 52?
clumsygremlin replied:
What route are you taking? I assume 94 to 90/94 up till Madison, but then 90 through Rockford or 94 over to Milwaukee and down?

Midwest Center for Movement is an awesome place in Hudson. I train in Marshfield.

Where in Wisconsin? in Milwaukee, I recommend Neutral Ground or Red Schafer. Just outside, I vote Waukesha MMA. In Madison, I suggest Fight Prime or Twisted Fitness.

West Side YMCA has a fair amount of open swim, when there are some lanes not used for lap swimming. Memberships there are pretty cheap, and they offer memberships without a commitment. [https://www.ymcadane.org/west-ymca-pool](https://www.ymcadane.org/west-ymca-pool)

The Oregon pool is indoors and has open swim times.

I swim at the West Side Princeton Club weekly. There are almost always a few lanes available for someone to use. I think they just ask that if people are waiting you limit swim time to a half hour i think. West side PC also has a warm water walking area as well that has a current you can work with or against. Yeah PC is pricey for Swimming but it will be the best option when it comes to having access that is not super restricted by time or full of serious swimmers. I have a 50$ off a membership with a 2 year contract. PM me if you are interested.
SpecialistSeesaw replied:
Pinnacle in Fitchburg has a warm water pool that's available for open swim when they aren't using it for classes. I don't think they have pool-only memberships though.
neurogeneticist replied:
The Princeton Club’s pool was always relatively low key during open swim when I went. I was able to do a lot of water running in my own lane and it wasn’t a problem. It’s definitely not a cheap membership for just a pool, though.
Nonadventures replied:
Supreme in Middleton has scheduled pool times for this purpose.
