2) I think they may be too thick / heavy for the e-bow. Gino Robair uses an e-bow on the snare wires of a snare drum.

Anyone know where to buy bamboo stock in Milwaukee? I remember finding various sized bamboo poles at a hardware store, but for the life of me I can't remember which one.

Hancock does not sell bamboo, If you are looking for Bamboo fabric, Vogue Fabric is the only place out by Skogie IL. I would call first.
