Can anyone recommend an organic lawn care service?

This is not likely - but let us know if you find one. The problem is that our popular lawn grass is foreign to this climate and has requirements that push lawn care into chemicals and lots of water. In its natural cycle it browns during a dry spell, and then comes back with rain. I would suggest hiring someone to cut the grass, and make your own compost for fertilizer. Grass does not need to be fertilized often - once in the spring as I understand it. Just now found this: (I have no information to recommend this company.) http://www.earthcarelawns.com/
