I offered Valley Natural Foods to participate--no response thus far. I called French Meadow--they're no longer in business (ouch!), Bittersweet Bakery was invited--no reply thus far. Pamela's has been invited. If you have a relationship with any of these places, please pass on my number (on our website) and encourage them to participate. I'll follow up on your other suggestions! Thanks!

Fahlstrom Farms is a MN company making GF baking mixes. Tailor Made Nutrition in Woodbury is an all GF grocery store. They have sample days at least once a month and may be able to refer you to some local companies! Good luck!

The 66 th and Nicollet is a Cub Foods isn't it? (Since Rainbow is gone from MN except for 1 or 2 stores in name only).
John M. replied:
From my house in Bryant, the (renamed) Cub Foods in Uptown is actually closer than the Rainbow Foods on Lake Street. There's also Bergan's Supervalu on Cedar Avenue. It will indeed be nice to eventually have a store near here on 38 th Street. "Six of the acquired grocery stores will continue to be operated by consortium members under the Rainbow name." http://www.startribune.com/business/266512561.html
