Dr. Nancy Miller at New Hope Crystal Medical Clinic. She's an MD, but also does mental health. She's very easy to talk to.

Ryan at Healling Souls. He's a sex therapist, but takes appointments for those (me) who just need to talk about life. I've seenjoyed other good therapists, but I would put him in the great category. Mainly for his fantastic ability to show zero judgement. I know all therapists aren't supposed to judge, but body language can oppose what they are saying. This guy literally makes me feel so comfortable to share anything.

Stephen Ruff at Lakewood Counseling has proven himself excellent, in my opinion. A couple minutes south, but not more than ten I would say.

Emmanuel Christian Center in Spring Lake Park. They meet in Tuesday nights at 6 pm, I think. There are a large variety of support groups there: depression/anxiety; grief/loss; anger management; porn; drug/alcohol addiction; more. I know families sometimes attend together and teens are invited. I don't know how many teens attend. They begin by serving dinner to the entire family. There is also free child care.
