I didn't know u didn't have one done already. Check with American Property Inspectors out of FWB. I think they did your home inspection & usually give a discount for repeat customers.

If you want someone that LISTENS to your needs, goes the extra mile-always, give Paul LaCourse with exit realty a try. I promise you won't be sorry. He assisted us in buying a home. We're from out of state but he always returned phone calls, took a camcorder and would check out homes for us. Besides being a good realtor, he's a great person. Rare to find these days.
