We have already bonded over a hamburger lol, will call Humane Society tomorrow to see if any one has reported him missing.

There are a few in mishawaka university drive have a universal scanner and kryders on 23. The ER vet does NOT have a universal scanner so we do not recommend that one. Scanning is free at any vet just make sure they have a universal scanner
