When I broke my foot I was referred to: The Family Foot Care Clinic is located at:727 E. Jefferson Blvd.South Bend, IN 46617 And they were pretty good. They were nice and made me feel comfortable. (and they didn't hurt me more than I already was) Haha

There is a product at Meijer, I think it's called Outgrow, in the foot care section near the athlete's foot creams and Dr Scholl's insoles. Much cheaper option than surgery without insurance. Worth a try...
