Melinda my husband had Plantar fasciitis for over 10 years, received shots and had a special boot to ware every night. Nothing worked.... he want to a friend that does Message therapy and within a couple of visits his foot was great and has no problems since. Let me know if you want her name she is on Westnedge over by White's Rd.

Massage therapy also helped! Also did Astym therapy at PTOne. They are the only ones in town who do this.

The best foot specialist in town is Dr Jim Jastifer. He is the foot & ankle specialist for the Green Bay Packers. Tons of research, published, great fellowship ..... a runner himself. He & Tom Goodwin are in the same practice ....
