My boyfriend and I sometimes stop by a place on Lake Forest Dr called 'Phil Your Aquarium'. I'm not sure if they will have what your looking for but maybe give them a call first? They're always pretty helpful and might be able to point you in the right direction if they don't have it. Their number is (949) 340-3971 and are open from 11 AM to 8 PM today. Good luck!

I have some customers where I work tell me about Tong's in Fountain Valley. The Yelp reviews are about a 3/5 with 35 reviews if that helps. I would just be forewarned because many people have gotten fish from this place claiming it's very docile when it's actually not and ends up eating/killing everything in your tank.
