I wouldn't say cheap, but Hannah at Tammy nails in Modesto does the best job. She's the only one who does solar nails. She's amazing...call her:-) as for hair, Kaylee Yost is fantastic and really good prices. She works at 2 dyefor salon.

Those are two totally different hair colors/cuts/ and styles. One is solid ombre and the other is a balayage-ombre. The only person I know that can actually do this haircolor is the owner of David Allen Salon. He's amazing at color/extensions.

Lynelle at creations salon did my hair when I went lighter and had it highlighted, she is the only stylist I have had who I felt listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. I don't know how she does with curly hair, check reviews on yelp or check with Michele Porter, she has thick, curly hair and was the one to recommend creations salon
