Tony Byrne.....misery loves company. I have lived in Molalla for 20+years, never had a problem. This year is horrible! We have tried trap bait, foundation spray, borax/sugar. Nothing seems to keep em gone for long.

Health department only deals with restaurants and facilities serving food. Code enforcement deals with building issues. Doesn't sound like it will lead anywhere. Have to call back tomorrow to talk to the people at ServiceLink Field services since they're closed for the day.

Listing agent is Stephanie Peck with John L Scott real estate. Called her a little while ago after hubby saw the mice and trash when the other agent was showing the place. She said it's not her problem!

Susan Barlow once it has reverted back to the bank it becomes the bank's problem...often properties are in a "limbo" state for years before it is turned over to an agent for listing...
