Best artist at Back40, without biased opinion. I am strong at tribal, font, oldschool, and biomechanical, and country themed "chevy" lol. Strong and bold. Especially with cover-ups and overhauls. Savanna Jay-Bonn is strong in custom "puzzles" as she likes to call it. She has a vivid imagination and enjoys a good challenge, I've seen her do amazing little lillies, to giant Krackens. Style, I'd say she is strong whip shade, Japanese, with a study in oil painting. Hayli Menzies is strong in your realism, portrait-esk, military, replication. She has softer shading with high contrast color fades, she also is fantastic with cosmetic tattoo. She did my eyebrows personally! Can't promote what I haven't tried. You can see samples of all our portfolios on our FB or come see us. We check our attitudes at the door and there are no egos. All of my girls have identical pricing so there is no cut throat competition. It is a flat $80 hr, no matter is style, color, or location. (Cosmetic tattoo does have alternative pricing as it is an alternative procedure altogether) if anyone ever has questions, hesitation, or needs further research or assistance, you will find patience and understanding. This is PERMANENT! My tattoos didn't happen by accident and I will die with my choices. Hope this helps. Xo

Hayli Menzies did a tattoo for me on my foot foe mothers day. The shop is super clean, hayli is so nice, great at what she does, and my husband cant wait to go back for father's day. Highly highly reccomend this place.

Take it from someone who now has 13 pieces. Something that's going to be on you for the rest of your life, you wanna worry just about finding a quality artist, not decent prices. Everyone at Atlas Tattoo does amazing work and everyone at Seatramp Tattoo. Seatramp is a little cheaper though.

Whatever you do I would not recommend paramount in Portland I went there and it was a terrible, uncomfortable and in professional experience. I don't know of any piercing places close by but I have gone to La Belle Vie in Portland off foster and Andy is amazing he is super clean and fast.
