If you are not ready for a full roof replacement, Chad 435-754-1645 will come out and fix up everything that's needed pretty much for $200. So far so good and repair was over 2 years ago.

Try using the "search" on this group and the Monroe Township Voice FB group. This question has been asked several times before. We used Miraglia Roofing from North Brunswick about 10 years ago and were very satisfied with their quality and pricing. Be aware that there are many choices to be made --- shingle manufacturer, warranty life, texture, color, and, of course, price. Make sure you get written proposals from contractors who detail EXACTLY what roofing system they will install. Good Luck!

My neighbor had Power come and tell them they had to get there roof done immediately or the roof would collapse and the wanted something like $18,000 for the roof. This is a normal Mill Lake manor ranch home. Stay away from them. We had John Asch Roofing do our as well as my neighbor. Great job and prices as well as they warranty their work as well as shingles.

Miraglia Contractors of East Brunswick. Mark Miraglia is one of the best home service professionals I know. They will do a thorough roof inspection when visiting your home. Plus, they provide a detailed scope of work for your job. Make sure that whoever you hire checks that you have the proper ventilation for your roof (e.g. ridge vents, soffit vents, etc.). Mark's recommendation to address these items during our roofing job has eliminated our chronic problems with ice dams and roof leaks.
