Having broken my back rather badly in the Army, I have ongoing and degenerative spinal issues. I've been resisting the prescribed surgical and pharmaceutical treatment plan for a number of years . Chiropractic care is part of my program for pain management and to avoid the need for surgeries and drugs. I have seen quite a few chiropractors over the years. Ray Clogston has been the best that I have been treated by; period.

I also love Dr Ray. He takes the time to actually visit with you and make sure that you are a priority. His office is Sterling Chiropractic on Main street.

Dr. Dan Peltonion (sp) sky valley chiropractic. Been with him for years, as have husband and in laws. Dr.Dan was able to adjust my back and hips very effectively after a very rapid delivery. they don't push you to be there X times a week.. it's when you feel like you need it.

Dr. White is a naturopath in Monroe who does adjustments. My husband and I have both seen him and he always does a great job. He is in the sky river medical building at Monroe wellness center across the parking lot from Valley General.

Don't go see Dr Ray, see anyone else. Leave him for me!

Dr. Eblen. Monroe Chiropractics. Amazing Dr. he will call you after you first visit to make sure you are doing alright. He gives you "homework" stretches and heating/cooling to cure your back not a simple tweak and fix.

I have been to Dr Bates at Discovery Chiropractic. Although I liked him I was not comfortable with the open concept of his treatment area. It was open to the reception area with no privacy. Do any of the doctors mentioned use a private room?

Dr. Copple in Sultan is wonderful and so is his staff! He has a private treatment room, I've never, ever been to any chiro who has an open treatment room, that is strange and a little creepy.

Dr Eblen Monroe Chiropractic and Massage on main. Well because he is very honest, personable ( calls his patients ) old school to see how they are feeling after their visit and adjustment. WHO does that these days? I think that's just awesome. Oh and his exam and and adjustment room are separate, and private. Not to mentioned he has amazing deals going on all the time. You can get your adjustment and a massage back to back if it's something you wanted to implement, but it isn't a must. Excellent chiropractor!

I'm sure there are many great chiropractors in town. I've been with Dr. Dan for over 20 years. He's great- really listens, and is willing to try different things to find a solution.

When you see him he is like visiting a old friend. He tries to find the problem area and solve it so you don't have to keep coming back over and over again. He genuinely cares for his patients and wants to help In every way he can.

I've been going to Dr. Copple in Sultan for over 20 years (& I've tried others in between when I couldn't get in to see him for one reason or another). I'd recommend him to anyone.
