Pasadena Dental Associates in Pasadena. It's on the corner of Altadena and Washington (just bordering Altadena). Dr. Tsai and Dr. Huang (Dr. Kelly to everyone) are husband and wife and they run it. The office staff is awesome and I've been going there for years.

I am the biggest scaredy cat there is after having a root canal with no numbing. I have finally found the best dentist in the planet. They listen and made sure I was numb for 2 major procedures the last week. Dr Patel in Glendora at Park Place Smiles across from Flappy Jacks. They couldn't be better.

Hello, I have been taking my daughters to Huntington Pediatrics Dental Group in Arcadia. I think we've been going there for 13 years now, I love, love this place.

I like Healthy Lifestyle Dentist on Colorado by Myrtle. My 6 year old likes it because she can watch cartoons while they clean her teeth. It's not geared towards kids, but they are kid friendly. I have delta dental, too.

Dr Joe in South Pasadena. His phone number is online. We didn't like Dr Snaer in Arcadia. They were very snobby and extremely judgmental.

A bit of a drive, but San Dimas Dental is amazing. My mom worked there as a hygienist for 30+ years. They dont upsell and the doctors are incredible.

I also had some dental work done at Monrovia Modern Dental and i will say that they are very expensive and push extra services that you really don’t need. Apparently i agreed to some sort of mouth piece that i don’t need and they refuse to refund the $500. Never again!

I used to work with Dr. Lan Dao in group office for a period of time. I got to see 1st hand her genuine care for her patients, desire to help and provide great dental care to the community at fair prices. When I heard Dr. Dao was opening her own office in Monrovia I could not wait to take my family to her. She is gentle and she never over diagnosed. Being a dental office manager and treatment plan coordinator to a few different offices I can say 1st hand that Dr. Dao's prices are in fact fair and competitive. So much so that I felt completely comfortable referring a dear friend to her. A friend with very limited HMO insurance (that had been giving a quote from another office she was unhappy with). As I expected my friend reported back to me that she had an amazing experience with Dr. Dao And Thanked me for the referral. That is protocol, a dentist needs to exam each patient themselves. You won't find one that is going to do treatment based on another doctor's findings. You have to be a patient of record and that requires an exam. And you can't expect them to do it for free. Dentistry is expensive. You get what you pay for. Discount dentistry is not a good way to go.

If you can spare a half day each visit .... Western University Dental School in Pomona. They are FANTASTIC ! All the work is double checked closely by doctor professors. The prices are super low and they take insurance. The initial visit was $50.

I had bad experiences with Monrovia Modern Dentistry. Nothing like being upsold with tooth pain and having to question if what they are suggesting is medically or financially motivated. Very hard to find a dentist who can focus on treating you rather than selling you.

We went there and never went back. We go to Monrovia Modern dentistry now and love it and my kids love them there as well.
