SCE Credit Union in Duarte (in formally Ralph's plaza). No monthly charges for accounts...great personal service. You just need to be local to qualify.

I have used Chase for more than 25 years and Bank of America for more than 45 years. If you are looking for basic banking services (Checking, ATM's, etc, etc) stick with the big boys. Credit Unions are good when it comes to fees but their range outside your local area is limited.
