As someone that loves my pets and cant be without them, I would look either for family who can take me and my pets in~or the Extended Stay (5 th and Santa Clara) or the Marriott Residence Inn (Santa Clara/Huntington Dr)... You dont mention if you have dogs/cats or combo but I have seen many people fondly refer others to Wonder Dog Ranch as well as I follow their page..

Dr. Domotor's is wonderful for cat boarding. It's actually "extended care" and you need to be a client or have an exam to take advantage of their cat care facility (at least that's how it used to be?). Dr. Domotor had large, custom cat areas built years ago and I could fit in one! They are really roomy and they do have extra space for kitty free time, so it would be worth asking about that as an extra.
