Rubes Tattoo in Arcadia. Some really great artists there, Alisa King, Tom Tilden, Mikey Montoya. If you're willing to drive a little, Tommy Montoya has opened his own shop Klockwork Tattoo in Covina! There's so much talent in that shop, but I can personally recommend Jon Van Tran, who has done several of my pieces!
