Chiro & massage are a great combo! Melissa N. Sturgill Lmp at The Body Shop is amazing & she can recommend a great chiro also. Massage therapy will help loosen tight muscles & help relieve inflammation, & she can give you stretches to do to help keep them from tightening.

Dr. Pierce. My dad was a firefighter and has a lot of back problems that he fixes with ease, he's been going to him for 10 years. He's helped me too!

If you have back issues you should really check out my friend Ruth Moss out of olympia. She does Bowen Work and or massage. I went there when i was pregnant for chronic sciatic lower back problems, that worsened when i got preggers. I had it for 10 yea rs, went to massage and chiro and physical therapy before. Went to her 3 times and i've been fine ever since. She showed me a quick exercise to do if it starts flaring up, which works but in 3 years ive only used it 3 or 4 times. She's a miracle worker! Im all about the Bowen Work!! Good luck Bob, hope you find someone that works great for you!
