Camp Chiropractic or All Ways Chiropractic.:) When I was pregnant they both adjusted me multiple times. In fact, when I was in labor I stopped by Dr. Camp's and he adjusted me a few hours before I delivered Willow lol. He's also the one who figured out that I was having gallbladder attacks (after I had already gone to the ER three times with no answers). They're both awesome.

I am an LMP and would gladly talk to you to see if I would be what you are looking for. As far as chiros in the area, I would recommend Dr. Tanasse in Olympia or Dr. Dr Joe Dispenza - OFFICIAL NEWS & FAN PAGE in Yelm. They are both amazing options. I have seen them do wonderful/healing things for my clients.

Tanasse chiropractic is amazing. Amazing. That's where I got treatment because of the small car accident I was in. If you're using your car insurance, they should take it no problem. If you're using medical insurance, just tell them who it is - some of their massage therapists take insurance.

Rainer & I would highly recommend Dr. Murray Smith in Tumwater. He's been going to him for years & I've gone to others but found that he has the skill to get right to the problem & fix it. (I usually only have time for one visit & I'm usually desperate by then.):) 459-9000
Pam M. replied:
Sara, Get into someone who will give him a deep tissue massage and then the chrio. Use heat before he goes in to get relaxed. Choose someone who uses their elbow and really pushes during the massage. The massage out her is about 80 for 1 hour. then ...See More
Adrienne S. replied:
Dr Smith will often suggest I come back for another adjustment after a certain timeframe, depending on my issue & how well everything moved, but I'm usually better after one. Occasionally it'll take two, but it's rare. Kevin's issue could be totally different, though, but I have to say, Murray is good!

If you want useful stretches that work, pain prevention techniques, etc check out Active.com and Competitor.com - they have lots of videos from professionals that explain what stretches prevent what and why and they usually show multiple stretches for similar issues - if you cannot do or do not like one stretch, try one of the others recommended. Can also check out Runners World for good advice that works. I got three different variations of pigeon pose that eliminated glute tightness, a thousand uses of foam rollers, dynamic stretches for pre-race warm ups, etc. from these sites. Different stuff works for different people - best to look for a source that provides a lot info so you can try different stuff until you find what works for you.
