WOW! I hope that idea doesn't get around. Tell 'em to give you the paperwork and you can fill it out for FREE!! I have used Renee Richardson for YEARS. She is very personable and was selling even when there wasn't any selling going on! She does a great job and is VERY easy to work with. (She owns a rental in Deer Creek! - wonder if she knows about the fee???) her number is 318-1900. Miss ya'll.
