Go to a derm. And nothing over the counter will help you like prescription Retin-A. I use Retin-A, tons of sunscreen and put argan oil with myrrh and frankincense morning and night AND soak raw honey on my face as a mask nightly in my evening bath (need to de-stress) and my skin is awesome (can I say that?). Oh and my mom has been going to Dr. Obagi for years - such good products too!
