Rice & Rice Attorneys in Lafayette! Very good, there for their clients, and will avoid probate! I don't know how complex your estate is but more than likely you will end up in probate if you only have a Will! Wills are a instructions to the probate court, as they say.

Makenzie Martin in delphi. Excellent lawyer reasonably priced. Won a case against dcs for us. We weren’t involved in a dcs case just so you don’t think we were fighting to get our kids back. We were fighting to get our niece and dcs told us point blank that WE would NEVER get her and they would adopt her out. Miss martin had a great number of hurdles and dead ends but she never quit fighting. And she serves Monticello too

Eleanor Prescott, she is located next to the court house highway 24 side
Anyonw know of a good Lawyer in town that deals with disablity?
Sue Y. replied:
John Roth did mine, he is in Lafayette though...
Renee M. replied:
I had mR, Roth too. He is good. Still took some time. She is right, he only gets pamber if another person in your family makes money, they take taxes out! Talk to him about that. (New tax laws). He was worth every penny. His secreatary does a lot of the work but he goes in batting for you. It took me a year and a half but I have known people that get it the first time at 6 wks! Depends how severe you are,
Sue Y. replied:
Jim Roth takes a settlement if you get back SSD...They go to your filing date, I think it is 2 years that you can draw back. Mr. Roth took a portion...it wasn't a lot compared to what I drew.
Sue Y. replied:
OH Yes!!! I would never apply for disalility without a lawyer and Mr. Roth is the best...

Ok. I am asking for a friend due to them being embarrassed. Are their any attorneys that take payment plans to file bankruptcy? I know there used to be but needed...
