In Sullivan county Shawn Donnelly is the only person I'll let touch me! Ps take reasonably priced out your mind don't go by price go by skill when price is a variable you tend to make the wrong choice if it's a big tattoo break it up into pieces and do sittings, you get what you pay for, and trust me there's a ton of crappy tattoo artists out there
