My wife did MCV Dental School years ago for free. They use dental students and are supervised by licensed dentists. They use modern techniques. My wife has not had problems with the work they did after 25 yrs. The downside is, don't expect to get in and get out. It is a teaching environment and you may be there for a couple hours. But it is free.
