Anybody know where is hiring I'm 16 in high school I have applied several places and unfortunately no luck any advice is helpful.
Lisa S. replied:
http://www.montroserec.com/ maybe pool jobs?
Tonja C. replied:
You really need to call around and inquire at different places or better yet go there in person. The reason for this is you know what you are interested in and can do according to school/time. You need to get used to this process as managers really love/prefer people who call/visit in person and ask verses just turning in applications/expecting to get hired. But I did find this in a search I did: http://www.jobs.net/jobs/volunteers-of-america/en-us/Search/united-states/location/Colorado/Montrose/ Good luck.

Someone also posted Payless shoes had a position. Here is a handout regarding youth employment laws. https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/files/YouthLawFactSheet.pdf
I'm looking for good cross fit and mma gyms to join. Nothing that's 300 dollars a month, something affordable and good enough to get me into competition shape.

Hi bailie, I own necessary Payne. If you are looking for both crossfit and MMA, I would go to agoge for crossfit. We focus on Muay Thai and I would also recommend Arthur Lujan for Gracie BJJ for your ground game.

Bailie Nicole, Kelli is really great. And they do a kids program

Casey Best, thank you so much for the recommendation. Unfortunately our schedules are at max capacity and we are not taking on any new clients at this time. We do however have kickboxing classes on Saturday mornings, which are tons of fun and are RSVP and open to anybody!
So I would like to join a gym but I have no idea what one are good or what the prices are for membership. I don't want a contract. Anyone know of a gym that is like that...
Kelly S. replied:
Try In Motion Therapy. You can join as a gym member; not just therapy.

Hey yall im looking for a gym to start going to. I need advice on the ratings and prices.
Paul S. replied:
I go to Golds and I love it there. Decent schedule, trainers are awesome and a huge selection of equipment. If you're interested in more guided workouts than doing stuff on your own, look into Crossfit Agoge here in town or Necessary Payne Barbell Club. They are awesome gyms and have top notch trainers/coaches. They run about 90 a month Golds depends on how long you sign up for and they have a no contract option now too
Good morning, I need help from the community to find two guys that like to dance for the musical "West Side story" I need them for the gym dance scene. Please contact...
Cheapest gym in town? Are there any gyms with boxing? Thanks
Barb S. replied:
Don't know first hand but was told Anytime Fitness is reasonable. Don't know anything about the boxing, though. Montrose have a rec center? Delta does, you could call them. Their prices are very good.
Amber M. replied:
Bill Heddles in Delta is great. Worth the drive, in my opinion. Also very affordable. Not sure on adult rates, but my 14 year old got an annual pass for $135. He can go however often he wants.
Has anyone used a personal trainer from Golds gym? How much for say a month?
Kassie M. replied:
Doc Jim at Colorado Mountain Fitness is amazing. He's always has trainers at the gym and it's very very affordable. Hands down the best gym in town. Check out and like the Colorado Mountain fitness fb page ;)
Kassie M. replied:
I'm sorry but I have been at CMF for 6 months and have nothing but good things to say about there and Doc Jim is a great trainer. He helps so much. I stand by what I say CMF is hands down the best gym in Montrose.
