[Ultra Thin](https://www.ultrathin.com) is the original maker of the thin ribbon racks and they have excellent customer service. Been using their ribbon racks for over a decade now. If you need to add a ribbon, you just send in your old rack and they'll add it for you. You'll have to re-buy all the ribbons above it, though, because they essentially cut out the ribbons above the new one and then rebuild the rack from there. I love the look of thin ribbons. You can't make standard ribbons look so smooth and even, and because the back is coated in plastic, they're very durable. I haven't broken one yet.

I think USA Military Medals has a nicer look to them than Ultrathin. They're a little more curved like a real ribbon and they're just a touch more shiny.

Marlow white comes with backing installed, and has a tool for your size coat to see how you need to offset depending on how many ribbons you have. When you need to do updates you mail your rack back to them and it's $5 a ribbon they need to change.

I've been using The Ribbon Rack out of Wyoming for about ten years. I've sent rack back to them twice for updates and it cost only a few dollars. They actually called me once when my instructions were a bit confusing. I own two sets now and just rotate sending them in for updates when I receive an additional star, oak leaf, numeral etc.
