If your wanting a person and not a place I highly recommend Buffie Elliot at Bella Capelli. She specializes in gel manis. I hate "nail places" I like to have 1 person that I get to know that I can have a conversation with. Buffie is the best. And I'm in the industry and I'm picky.

I highly recommend Allure Nail Spa in Norman by TJMaxx. I've been to a bunch of places in Moore and I've always been disappointed and find my way back to Allure. They are also trained in reflexology so the hand/foot/leg massages are amazing.
