Marcella@JCPenny Salon does really great getting multiple shades all to platinum, but I personally prefer Blanca@JCPenny- I think the way she bleached makes a prettier color. And Blanca is a little cheaper than Marcella. I would recommend getting all over highlights in platinum blonde 2 or 3 times before doing all over color. All over color and multiple shades of hair will result in have multiple shades of blonde/orange. Good luck!!!

Lacey King Benfield at Studio 109 in morganton. I have never had anyone as talented as her. The best prices around, you can see pictures of her work on her fb, she just did mine again today. Lacey is the only one that has did my hair for about 3 years now. Very talented and the best prices I've ever paid
