We've always been very pleased boarding our dogs at Tender Care here in town. Their staff is wonderful and always excited to see our dogs. Their kenneling corrals are very spacious and the dogs get lots of interaction and play time. Prices are very reasonable, too. Plus, I always feel better knowing I'm leaving them with their vet in case of an emergency.

We've been very pleased with Tender Care.

I go to Canine Country Club in Washington and they are great!

There is a new place on Altorfer. Waggin Tails Resort. They started in Goodfield. I have been talking with one of their employees and it sounds wonderful! They have "suites" instead of cages. You can have your dogs together. There is central air and a system that circulates the air so germs and odors go out. There is somewhere that stays overnight after the last time they let them out for the night. So they are never alone. I am going to use them the next time I need someone. It's $35 a day, but that includes everything. I have taken them to other good places, like Canine Country Club in Sunnyland and a place out on Raynor Rd in Peoria. They do a great job, but if you want them to get played with or treats, it's all extra, so it adds up to way more than $35. Just thought I'd let you know.

There is that fishing hole in East Peoria off of 116 I believe it's called hooked on fishing, I've seen pictures of some big fish pulled out of there. I usually go to Banner Marsh for my fishing.
