If it is for a Filipino nanny then I would look up the Facebook page ' employment for Filipinos in russia' which is ru. By a woman called Nichi Soko. I would private message her. She has all the info you need to do it legally and above board. We have been dealing with her for a few months now as my nanny had an illegal visa from one of these terrible agencies and after months we have finally got the correct paperwork and documents. We did all this with Nichi's help.
