Looking for a very nice bookshop with English books, like Waterstones in the UK, so I can spend my Sunday afternoon. Anyone has a recommendation?
Denise K. replied:
Dom Knigi on Novy Arbat is the closest thing to Waterstones that I know of. They have an English book section on the first floor (second floor, if you are American), and there is a nice café where you can sit, read, and drink coffee/tea. Dom Knigi! Maybe not as cozy as Waterstones but by far the best offer

Hello again guys! Do you know some book stores with books in English?? THANK YOU!!
Andy P. replied:
You could try Dom Inostranny Knigi on Kuznetsky Most. There's a also a selection in English at Biblio Globus (Myasnitskaya Ul), the big Dom Knigi on Novy Arbat and the bookstore on Tverskaya just down from Pushkinskaya Ploshchad. I used to like a place called Bookhunter, which was near Chistye Prudy, but I've not been since it moved to Novokuznetskaya. You might also look at the library of foreign literature - cheaper than buying, and you don't run out of shelf space so fast. Or check out the Book Swap Club.
Andy P. replied:
The Novy Arbat store has a selection of books in other languages upstairs.

si, Dom Knigi, en Novy Arbat. pero a mi el Kindle me cambió la vida ;-)
