Dr Sher is a urologist, Dr Corteza is a nephrologist. Both are excellent. I would start with a urologist first. A nephrologist deals more with kidney function.

Dr Corteza & Dr DeJesus are in same practice. Have offices in The Villages & Leesburg. They are not taking new patients until August as I called them today. They also request a referral. Dr. Meade is retiring in July.

I saw Dr Sher thru TVH when I went in for mid back pain I thought was a kidney stone. I actually had a severe uti and kidney infection I had no idea of. He quickly diagnosed it and did a surgery to put in a stint required as well. I was back to myself in no time!
