They would just need to get a termite treatment. Regular pest control where they come every couple of months will control bugs and such but won't do anything for termites. They live in the ground so treatment is totally different. If they want to get an inspection first, I would suggest someone that DOES NOT do treatment so they have nothing to gain from it. Housemaster did all my home and WDI (Wood Destroying Insects) inspections when I was in real estate and they ONLY do inspections. As to treatment, go with a more localized company like DellPest or Dellinger Pest Control.
