You need an attorney. I live in Jersey too. Dennis Donnelly in Chatham handled my case for my daughter. The law firm is Blume, Goldfaden, Donnelly....my daughter was born at 27 weeks due to the mistake of the obstetrician. They do not charge if they do not win
