Katie Banks if he was terminated because he was going to file for workers compensation there is a narrow public policy exception to the at all employment rule that will allow for wrongful termination. Also there maybe other actions that can be pursued like products liability if a piece of equipment was faulty. These are all things that need to be explored.

Things are just rough I hate that for u . Not changing subjects but I had a back surgury Dr in St . Joseph hospital in 2008 and done back surgury on me remove 2 nerves off my spine was ok about 1 yr guess what I'm down again now going to UK in Lex probably will have to have back surgury again the dr I have now said didn't understand why I had a 3 inch cut in my back which wasn't needed at all . And have scar tissue bad now because of that I do believe that . But just hope & pray this dr will fix my back I'm not even able to work at the moment . Back hurts all the time and I have cry with it like a knife cutting in my back in sharp points if I move in a certain way . But have to go Jan 3 and have a spinal injection with dye to see more if the nerves are on my spine if so he will have to get surgury again . Always get a second dr to check u out and I didn't . And a frien off mine had back surgury by same Dr in St . Joe . In lex and is doing fine and had surgury in 2009 I think . But I'm very sorry on what happen to u . People can afford to loose money like that . This is hard times . Sorry about the long history about me just wanted to show how people in same business work totally different . I can't answer why . Because I dread haven't to have surgury again and I need it I'm not able to run my own business if it wasn't for my son I wouldn't be . Hope u all have a great night .
