I would recommend Bright Studio. Only did Hammock Fly and Pole classes there, but their facility is pretty good!

+1 for Bright Studio, classes are bilingual, there's lots of options and the instructors all speak both Thai and English (as well as most members), facilities are all very clean and very well maintained - i'm a happy member there too:)
