Caprice at Enchanted Florist is amazing, and can work with any budget- she is really helpful and sweet and takes time to really figure out what you want. I think some of her stuff is on Pinterest if you put enchanted florist in... I highly recommend her!

I second and third this awesome comment AlfredandLinda Gordon! I had the pleasure of working with Nikki Duyn last year and she jumped in as if we knew each other for years. This was our first time working together on a big job, and she impressed me to no end. Her skills as an assistant and the ability to wear and change hats are beyond words. I do highly recommend Nikki, and certainly use her myself whenever she is available. PS: I have her booked already for December 20 th. AND YES, I LOVE HER TOO!
