Battleship CF in PCB is awesome, but would be about a 20 ish min drive, depending on where you are in Destin. Only $5 to drop in, though. There's a CF 30A that would be a little closer, but they charge around $25/class. May be other choices in Destin, though.

I have dropped in on Crossfit Fort Walton Beach. http://militiafitness.com/ . They have a huge facility and were very welcoming. Lots of military people. I did not have to pay a drop in, but I did bring a local friend. Highly recommend.

CF Destin is good but $20 drop in that they don't negotiate... CF Ft Walton beach is an awesome facility, has an additional location in Destin (CF Santos) that you can utilize, and took me down to $10 a drop in when I said I'd be coming 3 times.

Chelsey Rose Post Monroe. They allow (and it's in their rules) anyone that identifies as the opposite sex to use that locker room/restrooms. So a transgender person can use either.

Hampton Inn offers MTSU Parent rate of $119 and complimentary breakfast and very small fitness center. Doubletree also offers parent rate but a bit more expensive than Hampton and no complimentary breakfast. Hampton also has a Lucky 7 card that offers a free night after seven nights.
