I eat a pretty structured diet. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer-phase-1-day-1.html. I follow this right now, but it is pretty much exactly what I've been doing since Insanity. I eat more carbs than you so that might be why it is easier for me to get more calories in.
