For hot spots try this link: http://www.earthclinic.com/Pets/hot_spots.html I used the tea bag method on my Tibetan Terrier one summer when he had a hot spot. I didn't shave the area, just parted the hair and applied a tea bag that had been soaked in warm water. I held it on him for awhile, maybe 10 minutes and repeated every day for less than a week. The hot spot healed just fine.

I will always go to Cottonwood Animal Hospital. All the vets there have been amazing! My favorite is Dr. Cox. He's gentle, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I can always ask my barrage of questions and he takes the time to answer them all. My dog actually likes going to the vet and can't contain his excitement when he sees Dr Cox.

For Murray I would suggest Holladay Vet Hospital or Alcor Cresta Vet Hospital. Both full of great and knowledgeable people, IMO.

Dr Pam Nichols at Animal Care Center. She's been voted best in state for years for a reason. She's the absolute best.

University Veterinary 952 E 900 S It's pricey from what I've been told, but I won't bring my dog anywhere else.

I have been taking both my dog and cat to Salt Lake Veterinary Clinic for 10 years. Dr. Whitty is very caring and he makes house calls.

I take mine to Draffenville to Dr Jaco. I love him. So great with animals.

I love Murray Animal Hospital, but I've not heard anything bad about any vets in this area.

I personally love Mayfield Vet. I know it's not in Murray, but they have much more affordable prices. We had a dog that had a lot of health issues, and they were so helpful. Dr. Badger and Dr. Jones are amazing vets. If you have to use a Murray vet, Murray Veterinary is probably the cheapest, and Westside is the most expensive.

Mayfield veterinary clinic with Dr Jones did let you make payments call them and see I'd call everyone around you could find and just ask them before your out a bunch of money you don't have to spend because I know there are some that does let you make payments if you need the numbers for the 3 vets here in Mayfield just let me know I'll text them to you.

When my pet needed a different treatment, Mineral Wells Vet Clinic in Paris was the only one that had the treatment she needed and was also the cheapest. We continue to drive from Farmington to them for all our pet needs.

Warner on Wiswell Road. Dr. Jackson is the best. I'm not sure about payments, though.

I believe Westside will. Animal Health and Wellness just past the school is where we go. Used to go to church with Dr Bierds. Love her.
