If you're looking for no frills but they can get you in at a moments notice, Green Ivy in the Panera Shopping Center is good. No wine and no hot tea but they have a 'menu' and you can choose your level of 'spa-ness'. I usually bring my own polish because I think a bit more expensive polish lasts longer... but up-to-you.
