I did Rolfing a few years before Theraflex and I had my first real improvement with Rolfing - My Rolfer Therapist phoned me up and said he's seen Theraflex and thought it might help as well - it did. I had 8 sessions of Theraflex and had improvements - bit like 2 steps forward and one backward. I had a huge jump when the spine became visible after 8 sessions then I left it for a year or so, and went back for a top up and had more improvements. So I'm 44 now and started having treatment at 38 years old. 8 sessions in 1 st year, none in 2 n'd say about 5 or 6 after that then - I lost count ! a few here and there - last year I had a lot as I was doing the videos for the You Tube - and they helped improve things even further - I tend to have periods when I have a run of Saturdays free so I will have one every two weeks for a couple of months then nothing the rest of the year. Having a smaller curve and doing exercises means improvements stay so it's one step forward and no steps backward now a days. Scoliosis used to be a problem for me and now I hardly notice it so I don't have the drive to get down for more sessions. It was the 1 st bunch of 8 sessions - might have been a bit ore or so that got the spine visible along the whole back and made a huge difference to my life. Now it's about top ups and getting it straight so it is not a problem when I'm old. So the Rolfing and theraflex were seperate but it might be an idea to mix them a little
